Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept refunds or returns.
Wrong Item Received:
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us via email or Instagram within 7 days of delivery. We are happy to assist and resolve the issue promptly.
Lost Packages:
Covenant Cases is not responsible for lost or missing packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly. However, we are happy to assist where possible.
International Customs & Fees:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their country. Covenant Cases is not liable for these charges.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided. Orders delivered to an incorrect address will not be refunded.
Delivery & Responsibility:
Once the order status shows as delivered by the shipping carrier (e.g., Australia Post, UPS), responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us via Instagram or email. We will gladly assist you with the next steps.
